 NOODLES














The noodles are one of the essentials to Chinese cuisine, it has so many many different flavour to choose from, with different kind of noodles, different way to prepare it and different ways to cook it.


The most famous noodles are probably lanzhou beef noodles as seen above in the picture it is noodles which are 5mm in diameter which has the perfect texture which is submerged in a rich flavourful broth made with soy sauce and beef juices. The most biggest misconception is that you cook the noodles in the broth but you cook the noodles first and than place it gently in the rich broth full of Unami. It is topped with thin slices if braised beef, radish and green onion these are essential in the noodles but there are options for chilly oil vinegar and extra beef to really bring out the flavouring of the noodle.





There also other noodles which most people have eaten also called fried noodles which is noodles 7mm thick fried in a wok with soy sauce vegetables and with different kind of meats also.
